Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, Israel will reopen for worshipers after Eid holiday

Al-Aqsa Mosque in the capital city of Israel, Jerusalem is all set to reopen for worshipers after Eid holiday as announced by the governing body. Al-Aqsa Mosque is located in the Old City of Jerusalem, known as the third holiest site in Islam was closed for the first time in more than 50 years in late March due to the novel Coronavirus outbreak.
The council decided to lift the suspension on worshipers entering the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, mentioned a statement release by the Waqf organization.
