Bruno Covas, the mayor of Brazil's largest city, São Paulo said their city's public hospitals have reached 90 percent of it's capacity and could likely run out of space in two weeks times, fearing a collapse of their health systems as São Paulo being one of the worst-hit parts in the country, recording almost 3000 deaths so far. In the last 24 hours, Brazil confirmed 7938 cases, bringing total active cases to 241000, making them the fourth country on the list after the United States, Russia and the United Kingdom.
