Several schools in Incheon, South Korea forced to shut down soon after reopening

On Wednesday the South Korean government and health officials announced reopening of schools in the country in a phased manner after shutting down all educational institutions over the past five months. High school students returned to their schools passing through temperature checks, wearing masks at all times inside the campus premises and following all the social distancing norms, but soon after, dozens of schools in Incheon, the city bordering the capital of Seoul were forced to close down as two students tested positive for the novel Coronavirus infection, showing world the risks involved in reopening schools during the present pandemic situation.[no-sidebar]
